Getting to redesign the Fuller’s Brewery website was a dream come true. Not only are they one of the UK’s best known breweries… they also make our favourite lager Frontier too!
In the wake of the pandemic which saw online D2C sales soar, Fuller’s Brewery decided to invest in growing their online channel and to give the brand a refresh at the same time.
The new Fuller’s Brewery brand was updated with a new premium look including a more modern interpretation of the iconic crest, a stripped back UI and a suite of supporting illustrated assets we used to personalise the customer experience.
We chose to build the website on Shopify and it was brand storytelling and commerce in equal measure. The new store embodies all we’ve learned over the years about ecommerce UX design, including many of the techniques we’ve learned about conversion rate optimisation, having run successful campaigns for Pip & Nut and Merchant Gourmet in the past.
To deepen customer engagement and maximise customer lifetime value we also set up a sophisticated web of automated emails using Klaviyo which we hooked up with Recharge in order to minimise subscriber churn rate.
Will, the project lead at Fuller’s Brewery commented “It was a pleasure working with the team at Superrb. They completely understood the brief and created a visually appealing, clean, easy to navigate and responsive website. They offered advice, guidance and support throughout the process, as well as post launch. We are extremely happy with the result and would definitely recommend Superrb to others.”
